I cant understand how the bosses knowingly can dispatch 5 guys to a site and 4 watch the 5th do all the work. Think of all the cash the companies would save if those other 4 knuckleheads were not on the job.
And, mostly, they pull this stunt on the weekends (double, triple time pay) at least in Philly according to my Bro.
