The Iraq war is over! Why are American soliders still shutting down hospitals?

I suppose this is the cost you have to pay in order to not have horrible pictures on US news stations. All the ugly pictures that got out earlier in the war came from the hospitals. No hospitals = pretty war to watch on TV. That's bushtastic.

Yeah, reading news and then discussing it, what a horrible thing for someone to do. I should just pop a couple anti-depressants and watch CNN. Ignoring reality makes it go away. If you don't pay attention to what your government is doing in your name, it's as if it's not really happening.

If you're interested in the middle east, why wouldn't you read Al Jazeera? They're probably the best news source from that region.

This is an international message board, and most people don't think discussing problems with what America is doing is "anti-American". Only people who can't face the truth have to think like that. Most people realize that the people are supposed to be in charge of the country, and when the government is doing things wrong, it's very American to discuss them.

That, and one woman who's been on life support for 15 years. These are much more important things for "journalists" to be talking about all day compared to stupid unimportant things like the US military shutting down women and children's hospitals in foreign countries. Why would anyone want to hear about that?

Just like how the most important thing for the congress to investigate is steroids in baseball. People don't want to find out how Halliburton stole billions of dollars from the treasury, they don't want to know why they went to war and spent hundreds of billions of dollars based on lies, they want to see Sammy Sosa deny that he uses drugs. These are the important things that we should be occupying ourselves with.
