First episode I watched, a guy walks into a thrift shop and finds an original copy of the Declaration of Independence and buys it for $2.49
Another episode, a woman is a nurse/caregiver for an elderly man in Los Angeles, he dies and leaves his baseball bat signed by Babe Ruth. Turns out it's not just a signing bat, but one he played with and the bat that he hit is first homerun in Yankees Stadium.
