Wire or Moneybookers - Moneybookers is good but an utter pain in the ass with faxing personal info etc before you can use the account to any kind of volume. Their is also moneygram - takes around 15 to 20 mins to transfer funds but I think you need to visit a moneygram outlet in person for send / and collect. plus fees pretty steep on this.
