If you can't get your money out of Paypal it's because you've done something stupid. I've had my Paypal account since 2002 when I was in highschool. I've pushed thousands of dollars through it when I ran an eBay store and a a subscription based website that used Paypal. I never had a single problem, EVER! Every single transaction dispute that was ever brought up against me has been settled in my favor. I've never once had money held. I don't know why you would keep money in your Paypal account anyway.

Paypal provides quality service and support. I don't know why people have a problem with them.
