eBay Accepted Payments Policy has been suddenly revised. Be sure to click on the "Some Examples" section. You'll find that some very well known payment processors, like cardserviceinternational.com (CSI) are not allowed to be used under this ludcrious policy.
And guess what? Google Checkout is listed as one that cannot be used too. (So is ePassporte, heh).
Its really about time for eBay to get some meaningful competition.
