AFF lagging for the weekend?

They are usually a little slow on the weekend.. and this is a time when a lot of people often go on vacation.

How does this program convert anyway? Good? Bad?

AFF rocks but the last day or so they let the queue line up. Also if any AFF rep reads this thread - contact me 2631112 cause my payment for last period hasnt gotten into epassporte :P

Heh I asked my rep about Epassporte payments on Friday, and he said some went on then, and the rest will go out Monday.

Overall AFF converts quite well. But, I too have never understood their slow approval of members on weekends and especially long weekends. Seems that they are throwing away a huge amount of sales for the sake of saving on approval staff.

For every hour that it takes before a profile is approved, I would assume that the consumer's desire to make an impulse purchase (aff membership) diminishes greatly.

They do appear a little backed up right now.

NOTE: Whenever you see more than the usual amount of profiles in your pending queue, it's important to remember this DOES NOT have an adverse effect on your conversion to paid membership, since the pending status is in no way reflected in the FREE member user experience.

The profile remains unseen by other memebers till approved, yes. But from their perspective, everything is the same (whether approved/or approval pending) -- all clicks still lead to the order page --
