My problem was that I was weight training and putting on alot of mass, but as soon as I would slow down or stop, it would all go to mush.
Recently I got sick and tired of the gym and I was tired of trying to maintain my size (which is an endless struggle).
So I said fuck it, gonna work the shit out of my cardio, get smaller but much tighter everywhere. I'll feel a 1000 times better too.
