I hope for your sake that you never piss one of these guys off too bad. You run with the worst of them. I'm sure you wouldn't be hard to find in Sacramento or wherever you live.
Make sure you trim the tree line. You never know when the next sniper will show up. Desenitize them to the point that killing you won't mean a thing. Then keep their hard earned check for doing something a lot less immoral than watching shit like that.
