ok... let me explian this to the people that dont get it... its not so much as we fear a nuclear weapons enabled country launching missles at us... it has more to do with unstable/crazy (iran, n. korea, etc.) countries selling nuclear weapons to terrorists who then use them to launch loacalized attacks...
ever heard of a dirty bomb? it has the capability to wipe out several city blocks with radiation and does not require the sophistication of a rocket delivery system...
now do you get it?
