Regarding Affiliate Accounts

Since I joined Adult.com in 2004, I kept myself an excel spreadsheet of all Affiliates that I worked with.

RealityCash/Playboycash did not have an accurate tracking system for sales reps and their affiliates.

Every 2 weeks, I would gather my list of affiliates and sales and pass that to Lensman, he would review it.

I would then get paid, after his approval and sign off.

I was given plenty of affiliate emails each week from my superiors.

These are emails from webmasters (current and new) asking for support from the RealityCash support page, which at that time did not have sales reps contact information. It was just an email [email protected] and an ICQ#, which I believe was Lensmans ICQ.

Many emails included webmasters that have all ready signed up and not been spoken with by anyone at Adult.com.

At this time, they did not receive a generated email from RealityCash/Playboycash, so we had to be proactive

and help these webmasters with everything they needed, which I did: set up hosting, members area access,

increasing conversions, everything and anything I tried my best to handle for Adult.com's affiliates.

From the time I received an affiliate email or helped an affiliate, I would put them on my affiliate list.

I did not have access to everyone's accounts that they claimed, we all had our own excel spreadsheets that we kept all our info, work on.

If I did anything to get that webmaster sending, converting at a higher %, anything to do with sales, etc, I kept and documented it.

Now in some cases, there were duplicate accounts.

Many times, I sat down with reps and we would go thru our lists and come to some type of an agreement.

If there were conflicting affiliates (which at times there were), we made it work.

I kept accurate records, emails, icq's of all the people I dealt with, and many times I was asked to show the proof that I had that I worked with the affiliates I claimed. I had no problem doing this and each time we never had any problems.

I would also like to note that there were many webmasters who I helped anyway, whether they were my account or not.

If someone needed some help, I would do the best I could.

I have plenty of ICQ logs with webmasters asking me to have them switched, so I can handle their account and be the support contact.

I told them to hit up Lens, I could not make that change, but I would still help them.

As far as Fleshlight Affiliates, there was no system to track affiliates. Juicy and I could not look into our Affiliates accounts, contact info, etc. We simply gave them a link and had them sign up. If someone wanted me to work with them, I had them sign up under my link. So, if I am going to do anything to help this affiliate, I want it to be tracked under me.

I thought that made sense, if someone is hitting me up, then most likely they are not getting the support and attention they deserve.

If I am consistantly working with an affiliate, it only makes sense that I am compensated and credit for that.

I was not aware of pending affiliates situations that were not cleared up before I departed either company.

With Fleshlight, if I helped a webmaster send sales, I would send Fleshlight an email with documented proof of what I did to help and then Fleshlight decided to add the account or not under me.

If they signed up they signed up thru fleshlight, Juicy or myself. If they wanted to work with someone else after they had all ready sign up, they signed up again and I helped them.

With that said, there were many accounts that signed up directly under fleshlight without my code and I helped them anyway.

Those accounts never showed up under my account I got credit for, but i never made that an issue or had that changed.

I've always done my best to help everyone, regardless of who's account it was or wasn't.

I've never had a problem helping anyone big or small, no matter how long it took or how many hours of ICQ conversations it took.

I made a statement about the webmasters who sends 1 join each year, yet hit the boards to complain about problems. That was inappropriate and wrong, I learned alot from that statement and I want everyone to know that I will never make that mistake again and I apologize.

The bottom line is the majority of my affiliates database sends 5-10 joins a months and thanks to hundreds of those affiliates, I have been able to have a strong database of webmasters.

I have always gone above and beyond to get webmasters everything they need. I will continue to do so, if anyone has issues to discuss, please let me know thru email, ICQ or phone call.
