That was the problem to start with - the Axis of Evil dialog and threats of pre-emptive strikes. So far it worked well - and both NK and Iran doing what they think may be in their best interests under these circumstances.
Who knows, but smell there is far less chance of either NK or Iran even seriously considering lauching any missiles - there is no point unless they went on a suicide mission. BUT... can see more chance of a smartass decision coming from elsewhere in a "police action".
The world is now a much safer place and the "Axis of Evil" rhetoric worked well
