if you have a really nice car and you want to park in ybor par at the garage, its only 5-10 bucks and they have police security on patrol on all levels not to mention cameras I park there all the time and yes my car could be considered a target.
I think ybor is pretty safe with all the police and cameras

If your going to park in ybor. use the 5th avenue garage.
However, if you want to want to drink and not risk a DUI. Park at the hard rock, just dont use the valet, and grab a cab. Plenty of cabs available at the casino, and in ybor. That way you can head back to the casino and sober up.
