Good gym in bangkok? Free weights?

We live in the Silom area. If you want hit me up on icq it's always nice to get to know the ppl in the industry that lives at the same place as yourself.

Their is a nice gym inside the President Park Residential condos on soi 32. It doesn't get very busy and they have all the free weights you need. You do not need to live in the condos to be a member of their gym.
