Can you have different campaigns with AFF ?
IwantU allows you to have different campaigns and that's great for tracking reasons, does AFF allow the same?

Use your ID with .sub{sometrackingcode} after it, you can check the subIDs in the "Hints and Tools" section
It has been a bit flakey latley but I expect they will sort it out -
