                                          When will you get real signup forms like ibill, paycom etc.?

                                          And be able to link to each subscriber method instead of all at once?

                                              I used verotel for a short while as a back up to ccbill.

                                              I lost the loging to verotel's interface - Followed the proceedure as published on your site to get the login details, but was told this isn't enough - I was then told to give my cc details.
                                              Did this - And was then told Not enough, I could have stolen those!

                                              I was then told I would be susspended and all revenue held back for six months.
                                              Later I was informed that the person dealing with me didn't know the full proceedure and that I had in fact done everything correctly.

                                              But - I was still suspended and to this day have never received the cash owed to me, not an appology for the fact that an untrained member of your staff wasted a whole bunch of my time.

                                              I am one of the many eu webmasters waiting for a company like nats to tie up with ccp who accepts eu webmasters - Can you give assurances that what happened to me was a one off? And, the cash outstanding to me will be paid?

                                                          Verotel is handled like any other Biller in NATS. You can cascade it, use CC, Direct Debit, Asian Debit, Web900/800 and ACH with them.

                                                          All reseller calculations and management is done in NATS and not in Verotel so you can do everything you can when using any other biller with NATS.
