It's not really advisable to use an autosubmit program for partner accounts. The best places to get partner accounts at are probably not even listed. Also, the generic autosubmit is going to cause TGP owners to just remove the PA link from their submit page because they're getting swamped with these autosubmits.
I had to remove the PA link on my submit page because I got 100 partner account requests in a day. Why should I take the time to review these applications when the person put no effort into applying? I won't and neither will any other tgp owner.
