For reasons unknown, www.terrischiavo.com is back up for sale on eBay once again by clairetheloon.
The domain is still registered under David Stodghill's name.
And the top bidder as I type this is gigent, one of David's well known aliases.
He still denies any involvement.
On the eBay page, clairetheloon is asked if money raised will go to Terri Schiavo's family. She replies, "I am the middleman in this transaction, but yes, that is the intent."

Sounds wildly vague to me. And now David has "taken a break".

Gigent, meaning, David Stodghill, who the domain is still listed as being owned by.
In the meantime, www.terrischiavo.com is looking for donations, since obviously selling living wills isn't making it profitable enough!
Minimum donation, per the Paypal link, is $25.00
This is not a donation for Terri Schiavo... its a donation for the website.

David, I see a lot of people bitching and complaining about you in this thread. Well, quite frankly, I don't have the time or energy to bitch. So, instead I took the high road, and simply turned this matter over to those that can do something about it.
You see Dave, you made a decision to post other ebayer's questions and your responses. By virtue of these responses you have represented that the proceeds from this sale will be donated to charity. As such, this now forms a legal and bidding part of the sales transaction.
I have called (not emailed...called) eBay, The North Carolina State Attorney's Office, Fox News and the North Carolina Branch of the Internal Revenue Service.
So, why am I telling you this? David, you will be investigated, that is a given. And, if you don't in fact donate all of the money to charity, as implied on the eBay site, you have committed a Federal Offense. And you should recognize that the issue of Terri Schiavo has caused an amazing ground swell of public reaction. Your actions will not be taken lightly. Do the right thing now. Donate the money to charity. It's going to happen anyways.Comment
