Looking for a simple content management system

hey,

I'm looking for a pretty simple/lite version of some kind of web content management system. All I need is basically it to:

- generate screenshots of each scene in a DVD/movie
- update descriptions, size, length of the movie, details
- sorting by different categories

any help would be appreciated, not looking to pay more then $400

Its called a webmaster. you can hire one cheap. and 400 a week is reasonable

No, most decent paysites have some sort of a CMS. I don't think that guy is trolling nor does the fact that he only has 31 posts have anything to do with....anything. Control yourself.
