i remember the game but i do not know of any site to download it though
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60. Let me repeat... A 120 x 60 button and no more that 3 lines of DEFAULT SIZE AND COLOR text.

I remember it and its predecessor. Played'em on my Apple II. Good times.

As for getting it now, have you looked into the MAME rom arena?

If you can get the ROM for your favorite older games, you can play them with MAME.

Roms can be found all over the web, although some companies claim their intellectual property is protected and users should not be in possession of the ROMs.

so I take it the downloading of the ROMS from all over the web are like mp3 you download from Kaazza? it's "not really legal" but no one can catch you or sue you for it?

I guess it might considered similar, although I find it hard to compare the two. I'm not a patent, trademark or copyright expert. I don't really know what is covered on some of these older games, or how long the protection of specific property rights/patents/etc. is valid. A good 20-30 years has passed since most of these games were created, and I don't think there is anyone legally selling the ROMS for most of them. The ones that are being sold go for $2-10, as per the FAQ link you gave.
