    Verotel Rebills

I asked this in another thread, but received no answers.

How are the rebills for Verotel (Ticket Club) compared to CCBill?

Our CCBill rebills have always performed less than we would like. Our Ibill rebills were always awesome (which is why we used them for so many years before they went boom). And no, it wasn't because it was hard to cancel. Cancellation links are obvious, and include our personal tech support email address for anybody having problems... Any hand-cancellations were done within 24 hours.

Anyway, so how do Verotel Ticket Club rebills compare to CCBill?

Hmm... Ok, so CCBill does better for you than Verotel. Is that for signups, or for rebills too?

Verotel processes waaaaay more sales than scrubbill. As for the rebills not too sure that the processor has too much to do with that.

          Hi oldnewie,

Let me know if you have any questions about us.
You can contact me via icq if you want.

I'm not sure as spooky also mentioned how we could influence rebills. A customer in the end decides if he stays a member or not.

          Greetings,

            Got to agree spooky.

Got a few sites with both processors in place and VT does far more sales.

              I was wondering about that!

Was just about to say Verotel appears to have more rebilling.

If we do more sales then we also have more rebills.

                Thanks anyway.

There's a logic to that Danny

Was thinking more of hold times - never actually done a calc, but at first glance, appears to hold.

While researching processors, I found that some claimed better conversions with Verotel while others claimed CCbill was better. In the end, they looked pretty much equal; the only glaring exception was that CCbill provided more complete traffic stats to affiliates.

The other deciding issue was trust; Verotel is still "new" to a lot of people, while CCBill has been a trusted processor in adult for as long as I've been in it.

If I weren't able to use CCBill I would use Verotel.

                        Thanks for the replies!

I never understood why Ibill rebilled so much better for us than other processors we tried either, but they definitely did (at least for us). I'm not sure why. Up until the last few months there was never any problem cancelling memberships.

At any rate, this is promising information.

christianrod30: Why do you say Verotel should never be the 1st processor?

Danny: I think we'll be in touch soon.
