With the news about the Florida webmasters getting popped this would be a good time to remind people who are not interested in going to Jail or Prison to remember that within the U.S. it is NOT legal for you to pay for the models/talent/performers travel expenses. If they are looking to crack down on people for anything this will be their next target......

This has to do with facts-

Their respective population(s):
Escambia County population- 296,772
Miami-Dade County population- 2,376,014
Hillsborough County population- 1,132,152

I know of MANY shooters in the South Florida (Palm Beach/Broward/Miami-Dade counties) and in West Central Florida (Hillsborough/ Pinellas counties) areas. The real difference is not just in the parties (Ray Guhn shot some COHF material in Fort Lauderdale recently) but in the locality. They got burned because the local prosecutor wanted to burn them.. If it wouldn't have been for that reason they would have found a nother reason to get them.

Look at what happened to Xanax in Polk county for instance. He became a traget because of the war stuff so they went after him on the Porn.

I also saw I forget where thou, that Tampa area is going to be the next place they start cracking down. The local powers that be are getting in a huff that so much sex industry is in the area so they want to clean it up.

Ok, pretend this is Porn 101 so pay attention. By virtue of the mann act it is illegal EVEN in California where it is perfectly legal to shoot adult content to pay to get the talent there (by airline/boat/car/bus/train)?so in theory you can be brought up on FEDERAL charges for violation of the mann act if you do so.

those guys were first being investigated because of PROSTITTUTION and ESCORTING (solicitation/procurring) not producing porn.

it was after further investigation that LE found out they were producing porn and had a site. if it wasnt for that you would not have heard about the story.

the mann act is being used agaisnt them for the escort/prost offenses - and in this case the adult production too (because of the county) but in most cases the mann act isnt used agaisnt content producers/studios ect.

jonesy I know what there original charge was but it then escalated into other charges as well. I was only giving a scenario of what they may do next...it?s always better to be in the know than have a rabid dog bite your ass when your not looking. I was only trying to be informative.

wasnt fucking with ya brotha - i just wanted to add some clarification to the subject thats all -

whats fucked is that some people are fucking clueless when it comes to adult entertainment. they get a false sense comfort because in their world they deal with others in the biz, but in the real world there are LOTS of people who arent down with porn much less shooting it.

its these same idiots that let their own personal behaviours/thoughts negativley influence relativly easy judment calls - like trolling my space for girls just out of high school to shoot and asking them to invite their friends over and party ect.
