Let me start by first answering Trent Edison's question.. at
TCG we track and display ALL incoming clicks (first page, 2nd page, trailer views, joins page..) however we compute ratio's using the 2nd page uniques.
With that said, using the example teksonline gave above (assuming he is meaning 2nd page clicks 480 and 420) that would not qualify for the OLP payout. The OLP applies to both console or no console links.
