I've recently started a solo girl site, specializing in silk / satin / lace / panties etc. This content is HOT and exclusive, but I'm not sure what I'd have to offer to affiliates to make it worth it. I intend to charge a low price of 19.99 and 14.99 recurring at first and then bump up the price in the coming weeks. What should I offer for a % comission and what are the best ways to get traffic?

If you're this new, I wouldn't offer PPS, you won't make it back. 50% isn't uncommon, more is better, but your tour looks too weak to attract affiliates (my opinion only, maybe others disagree). Paysites are a tough way to start in the biz. I'd focus on promoting the site yourself, read up on different marketing techniques (how to get traffic, gallery building, gallery submissions, traffic trades, how to convert traffic into sales), and experiment. You'll figure out how to make your site better, or you'll decide promoting other peoples' sites suits you better. I wouldn't get too hung up on the paysite, that's only one of many ways to make money in adult, and as I said it can be difficult if you're new.Comment

Get your own traffic. Start a few yahoo groups in the panty and stocking areas and teen model areas.
Start there. I would not open a program yet based on your lack of experience. Do that and run the site for at least 90 days or more then thnk about a program. Ask the people you are linking to on your site to give you some traffic back also. That will help.
