Someone tried it once on me, in a way. But the problem with blackmailing me is that, well, I just don't really give a fuck, except to go confront the idiot and put him (or her) out of their misery. Especially if he's a school teacher and would obviously have no idea how to do it or where to begin. Could give room for some great comic relief. Just finished reading Skinny Dip by Carl Hiaasen, a murder mystery-who-done-it-thriller, and his use of dark comedy really helps make the book a great read.

the blackmail shit is so played out.... but if you are going to go that route heres an idea... the guy blackmails him.. he pays, the guy divulges his secre, the guys life is ruined.. he goes underground and then gets revenge on the guy... rapes his wife, gets him fired, frames him for murder, etc etc...
