12+ hours per day... cept im actually only doing wor k for like 2 hours hahaa

sometimes 10-12 hours sometimes more. But i CAN'T sit here in this chair for hours on end, I have to get up and move around or i'll go crazy. I get up a lot, go outside for fresh air, walk up and down the stairs several times and do my lil ab workouts everyday.
