my mom spent a full summer indoors due to pollen allergies that suddenly hit her in 2003... had to take a lot of meds to cope with the summer of 2004 but "discovered" acupuncture last year... she goes once a month and stays completely off meds.. so she loves it..
I have no idea how it works and frankly don't care.. she is happy and can spend as much time as she'd like outdoors and thats what matters..
