Damn right, tonight's the night
will be my first Motley show in many many years (since their infamous show in Las Vegas at the Aladdin that ended up with Nikki getting arrested...the last show before they closed the Aladdin.....)

although I remember a time when Motley Crue tickets for $25-30 (ok, I'm old, even remember cheaper prices ;-)) these $80-100 tickets are getting crazy...but worth it to see these guys again even if they are shadwos of their former selves (hey, even a half-assed Motely Crue show is still better than 99% of acts touring today)

what a show
it's great seeing them all playing again. Mick can't move around stage as much as he used to but his playing is still dead on....
Vince is in amazing shape and wasn't out of breath after 2 songs like he used to be

...and what can I say about a show that has midgets, clowns, half dressed fire eaters, a stilt walker, tattooed lesbian kissing, a boobie cam and pyro out the ass?? Fucking insane.

They are playing again next weekend, then returning for 2 more dates in October and were well worth the $80-100 (though $35-40 t-shrts are a little nuts)

They will play at the "Rock-Am-Ring" Festival in June here in Germany, along with REM, Iron Maiden, Slayer and Billy Idol and much more...

yeah, Mick was moving fairly decent last night for a man who plays in constant pain from his degenerative bone disease...

Vince was actually quite good last night, so hopefully he'll continue to improve. I know losing a lot of that weight has helped a lot. He messed up the words to Helter Skelter though, but everyone was distracted by the leather bikini and fishnet clad tattooed fire eaters, stilt walkers and strippers....and the midgets...so I doubt anyone noticed...he also seemed to have a tougher time on Home Sweet Home

Nikki looked like a fucking monster though...he's all buffed out and looks like he hasn't aged in 15 years and of course Tommy Lee was THE men behind the kit and his titty cam was a nice little distraction...although it was a mixed bag, there were some amazing titties on display but also some old school titties...my wife also made her first ever appearance on a Motely titty cam...

I know there are a lot of haters but I was soooooooo excited to hear they are gettingback together and I was pumped when I hard they are going on tour. I got pics fromthe show.

The show was WICKED with a circus theme, killer light show and the drum solo is cool as hell.

There is a titty cam so that will be something to keep you eyes peeled for.

I had to snap them fast but you can get the jist of it.

Sorry they are so BIG! But Big is the only way to go with Motley!

DWreck, fuck the haters...sadly, this show was at the Joint at the Hard Rock, so their stage space was limited, so we didn't get the drum solo or the motorcycle stage entrance I've read about at other shows.

mahoney, I posted a brief review, but after I finish up a few things I'll post a full review
we were about 20 feet from the stage, what an amazing fucking show...so, you'll be in town for next week's show? you'll love it. I would love to go again, but they're sold out. I'll definitely grab tickets for one of the October shows

I still blame them for my hearing loss!
I had 5th floors at Maple Leaf Gardens in Toronto during their first (I think) tour here. Loud as all hell and my ears rung for 3 days straight. I think they're still ringing, actually...
