    Can someone tell me how to take a couple of screenshots in adobe premiere pro?

    Never used adobe premiere before..
    I just need to take a couple of 150x100 thumbs from a video..

    I can't find how to do it

    (in adobe premiere pro)

    file->Export->Frame.

    I believe. I'm on my laptop right now so don't have access to it.

    Should you be dropping $700 on a program when you can't even export an image

      file->Export->Frame.
      Correct.

      Watch clip to the point you want and pause, or use the marker and move it to a nice crisp, clear frame, then follow the above.

        But there is one more thing, how do I export in 150x100 pix format?
        would save me some time in the future....

          I need it for some video editing in the future...my partner will work with the premiere he knows how to use it, but he is not available today and I just need a couple of screenshots.

                Well, You think too much
                just resiz them after also, with adobe after effect, you can export the whole movie as jpg or gif sequence.

                    make a new ntsc custom project....ntsc will allow you to change frame size speed kbs etc. or resize after you export the frame

                      Why don't you use VirtualDub, or at least BSPlayer? They're more than enough to make the screenshots.
