One thing's clear. Whoever you hire, make sure you have them read http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showpo...32&postcount=7 If you have enough low-cost gallery production and submission specialists, you can MANAGE many of the UNCERTAINTIES that attach to submissions. A lot of the current game is a game of reputation and 'trial and error'. Unfortunately, this costs money. Whoever can come up with a more PREDICTABLE SYSTEM to control variation will make TONS OF MONEY.

I say this based on my own experience as a submitter since 2000 and as the owner of a company that did a huge volume of submissions. EFFECTIVE gallery submissions is a mix of a) effective copywriting b) input sensitive and feedback compliant data entry and, most importantly, c) customer-centric content selection/buying policies. Anything other than this troika of factors is a reversion to the old 'gut feel' and 'shot in the dark' trial and error approach.

That's because you're referring to people outside of South Africa, where a computer is a luxury, and internet connection is a brand new invention.
