There are legal issues on a name like that with his estate. I had to deal with them when I did an Elvis deal years back.

Since the Sony Bono Copyright Act, it's 90 years after their death. I don't know if this applies to Elvis, as it was before that bill.

Are you saying Adam had this name stolen or hijacked?

Because I saw him post about the auction on his forum. So it would seem this clearly was his auction. Adam also said he never received a C & D letter.
