Very nice. But I would make all the text for those ad's clickable.
Dont make them look for the link. They are too stupid or lazy to do it.

a suggestion though is to create an actual webmaster trade page and link that in your sig.

I have a space for a toplist at the bottom 1-25 links but I am still working on getting that perfected.
