I was just driving home from my girlfriends house and there was a guy that was extremely drunk. Swirving in and out of lanes and almost running into the side of me. After I avoided him running me off the road I decided to call 9-11 and report him since this was on the freeway and there's still a decent ammount of traffic at 2am here. Each time I called 9-11 it would ring a few times then someone would pickup and just hang up. After 4 times of trying and getting hung up on each time he took an exit almost running into the barrier. I can say I feel really secure now during an emergency. *sarcasm*
