Seriously ?
Fly to Manila, capital of the Philippines.
Book rooms at the Orchid in Angeles City.
Contact the helpful boys at
http://www.margarita-station.com/angeles.html and they will have a car pick you up at the airport in Manila and drive you to Angeles City (about 2.5 hours or so north) and drop you at the Orchid. Same goes for getting back for your flight out. Costs about $40 for each trip and includes a cooler full of San Miguel to get you through the drive as a warm up.
