You're missing the point. The piratebay got nothing to do with the US, but with swedish law. It's legal over there to host a bittorrent tracker. I don't see why swedes should abide US law? You call that democratic?

Maybe the US should make laws for every country in the world. Would make things easier, don't you think? (America would stay the homeland of god and it's masterrace)
