So, uh, why exactly do you think its appropriate that somebody setup a new business just for a contest? Are you telling me that every company who runs contests on GFY should setup a new company to administer the contest?

There is absolutely no reason each party can't use their current business for the contest. Furthermore, it isn't your business what the other person does or doesn't do with their business, mind your own. Do you march into the farmers market every Saturday morning demanding to see business licenses?

Do you have any idea how stupid you're making yourself look? Maybe you don't care, I hope thats the case. You are telling people who have made millions and millions of dollars how to setup a business. Do you realize that?
