    No internet for 1 week....

    I had to go to Illinois unexpectedly this past week and didn't have internet there.... it was hell. Everyone here at the office was about to kill me because I was calling every few hours to see how everything was, lol.

    Anyone else ever go very long without internet? I know CumSensei has been offline for a few months.... I don't think I could do it.

      been out for two months due to an operation and no access to the net
      believe me, it feels like ived been gone for 2 yrs., lots of changes and
      reorganization in the company. took me couple of weeks to get back
      to my normal work routine. blame technolofy

              i went to cleveland,oh for xmas for 7 days (and i dont have a laptop yet, but im getting one now LOL) and i was staying with my sister, she has 2 computers and a laptop so i thought i'd be fine but i was wrong LOL i maybe got a total of hours in on the net, and only on a couple days. i think i went 4 days straight with no net, and i was goin insane.

              never had the need for a laptop, but that trip proved to me that i DO need one, so before i go back to visit, i'm gonna snag one up (with wireless net) lol

                  I was without internet for about two weeks last september. I was going nuts first few days but I calmed down after few phone calls that assured me everything is taken care of.

                          Luckily we haven't been in that situation. We have a connection at home and one at work. So if one is down we can go someplace else and work. Also, if we go out of town on a vacation or business trip, we verify that the hotel we're staying at has high speed internet access. Wireless is preferred.

                              I had no Internet for two weeks when I moved to my house last October, the fuckers tried to call me on my cell on the day they were supposed to install the line, and couldn't get hold of me. I had to set a new date, and ended up watching DVDs for 2 weeks ;)

                                  A few years ago I used to take a week or 2 away fromthe net, never had a withdrawl problem.
                                  Then a year and a half ago I lost internet for 6 weeks. Was the longest six weeks I have ever had.
                                  Lost most of what I built up, and am still recovering from it.
                                  I said never again will that happen.
