I was talking to Crissy Moran the other day about her experience with MySpace and told her that I had seen her profile and she told me that she didn't have a profile on MySpace. Then I did a search on MySpace and found half/dozen profiles all pretending to be Crissy Moran. What would possess someone to setup a profile to impersonate someone else? A model wannabe? Someone with low self-esteem? A retarded person??????

My guess is that these people impersonate "names" to draw traffic and route it to their paysites etc... -
there is so many of them on myspace, it is really out of control. I think people are even setting up fake LC profiles

affiliate signs on to program (Twistys for example) ---- affiliate sets up myspace acct as a popular/hot model for program ----- myspace surfers see profile, tell friends, masterbate, tell more friends, bookmark, add to friends, etc ---- sales are made under affiliate : )
