As you can see the U.S. arent the only ones with Nuclear capabilities.
Russia ranks first in both categories and the US follows it up.
Now the US and RUSSIA aggreed some time ago to stop producing NEW Atomic Weapons.

But like in most situations around the world, when some lunatic gets a hair up his ass about creating NEW nuclear weapons just so they can get a higher profile in the global eye and flex some muscles, the US tends to get it's ire up and flex right back, only in the situtaion with Iraq we (the U.S.) had an asshole in the presidential seat.. now all of a sudden ALL american are evil and want to rule the world becasue one one jackass who will not be in office much longer in the grand scheme of things. Americans as a whole don't like what is happening in the world theater. Things are going to change. They have to.
