North Korea arent allowed them now.
Well.. it's like this

Nuclear proliferation is a bad thing. It is better other countries don't have any nuclear ability. Meanwhile, "we" who have more nuclear capability than almost all nations on the planet combined - have no interest in reducing our own facilities, but we like to whine about others.

Other factors include, we can't have some other nation infringing and messing with our monopoly of arms trading - that could cost us billions.

To quote a currently famous leader..

Quote:
The North Koreans have made agreements with us in the past, and we expect them to keep their agreements.

This is not the way you conduct business in the world. This is not the way that peaceful nations conduct their affairs.
Can someone tell this leader that North Korea has already stated clearly that they no longer have any "agreements" - they relinquished them - and he was advised at the time, but obviously suffering from memory loss.

Invading countries on the basis of false claims of having nuclear weaponary is also not the way "that peaceful nations conduct their affairs".
