    I just got a top listing on thehun finally, but I really don't think my host managed well.

                                                                                              You used 4 times your bandwidth limit for the month in 1 day.

                                                                                              Since you are on the virtual SHARED server, we throttled your account to protect our other paying customers.

                                                                                              Powerstorm Hosting has been nominated twice for xbiz awards, and while we do not go out of our way to advertise all over the place, we keep our own little corner of the net mostly tidy, beyond temporary problems.

I recently got a gallery from my paysite listed on the Hun and it used 90 gigs of my 150 for the month the first day it was listed and it was only the second day of the month.

Hun traffic is hard to convert without the know-how. Get a ded server, tell the gf to fuck herself you dont give second chances, and keep at it. You will find a lot of nice people willing to help you because you're honest and have a good attitude. All the best.

                                                                                                                                                  I'm pretty sure I would have sold alot if the server had handled it, but it's my mistake I guess since I was on a virtual account. That's like squeezing an ocean in a water bottle.

                                                                                                                                                  I thought mistakenly that the account is upgraded when hell strikes, like when I got the listing.

Get over it, you'll have many chances, in fact, one at every 3-4 days.

Anybody who takes the time to read the boards should know that you need mega bandwidth for a listing on the Hun.

                                                                                                                                                                  It's not their obligation to contact him. What could they have done for him anyway at that point? It was already too late the moment his gallery was listed.

                                                                                                                                                                                              Guess all virtual accounts are not created equal, I have a couple of dedicated machines at webair and I also have virtual accounts at phatservers, reflected and swiftco and have had hun postings on all of them over the past few years and other than an occasional overage charge, I've never had a problem with hun listing on any of my virtual accounts. I actually had 2 galleries on the hun at once last year on my reflected virtual account and it handled it fine
