Absolutely Myspace should be sued. She should sue her parents, too, for not supervising her time online. Hell, she should sue her computer for not turning itself off to protect her. Why not sue herself for being a 14yo who wants to act, dress, and look older to attract attention from older guys, and then acting like a naive victim when she gets busted by her parents. /sarcasm
Seriously, you can block people on myspace, this isn't a matter of her being a victim-it's a matter of her acting like one so she isn't held responsible for the decisions she made in this situation. In light of that, I wouldn't be surprised if she lied about her age, and 19 isn't like a 29 year old, either. They're both teenagers for Christ's sake.
