I did it atleast 4 times, But who in the right mind would drink the ater anyways? each boat usually has atleast 4 or 5 cases of beer and bottles of liqour

And you should see the columbus day regatta in Miami. The boats all go to elliot key, and tie up off shore. thousands of boats, and everyone is naked.
