Hello All,

I'm considering using them as a back up processor and just trying to find out information on these guys.

Who is behind the operation? How long have they been in business? How is their scrubbing, rates, customer service, cb's, etc. etc. etc.

I tried calling and didn't get a live person which was a red flag to me. It struck me as either a little operation or not very people oriented.

Any feedback you may have for me on these guys or on a better IPSP would be greatly appreciated.
