Whats the going rate for high quality bandwidth?

For example, what would be a good price for a 30 MBPS deticated server.

About $1500 on a Dual Xeon server with quality providers, great support and a long history of good uptime

I see you are hosted with Silicon Valley Web Hosting, i think their infrastructure was created a few years back and their still living in the past. Although they have it done quite well.

They are using Zeus web servers + Sun boxes which is definitely a very solid approach but tends to be overkill and probably creates the high price that you're currently paying.

Contact me on ICQ: 4930562 or tel: 347 729 3345 if you'd like to discuss what we can do for your setup

The "going rate" depends on what volume you need. For 30mbps, you should be able to get a pretty good deal. If you would like to discuss rates from Phat Servers, feel free to email me at [email protected] or ICQ me at 147479144 and I'd be happy to work out a deal with you.
