The winner gets about 1/3 of what the logo is worth!

Also please note the prize is only if we use your logo, but as someone said the prize is quite low. My client may not like any of them. So I'll up it to $100 to temp people.

Not another one of these idiots. Listen, if you have a logo contest you HAVE TO PICK A WINNER. None of this "if my client doesn't like them, no one wins" bullshit. That will get you instantly banned.

Another step back..recent contest are averaging 250-300.
You will not see any quality work for $100, nevermind the fact they you state
if you don't like them you won't pay...that's bullshit.

You'll might get some entries for $100, BUT you gotta pick and pay for one. If you want entries I recomend changing your NO-PAY clause. Even then it might be too late.

Chance you take to have several designers compete. This is how it works.

Because it has been common practice to run.

The designers on this board are some of the best in the world IMHO.

They are tired of being screwed around by clients and fake non paying contests. There has NEVER been a contest with design on this board that didn't produce the best logo's a company can buy.

Pony up with a real prize and try again. But you better pick if you post.

Otherwise GO FUCK YOURSELF ....

I am posting this because the designers would rather not distance themselves from a potential client.

there can be several outcomes.

1.) This, which is most likely, he'll get flamed.
2.) The above + a few shit entries
3.) The above + one good entry which is unlikely.

if he is poor, cheap or whatever and doesn't care about looking like a jackass let him post

Dude, thats an idea I have been thinking about as well. But it's not doable because of a few reasons.

8 Posts...he might be legit but you never know...so I will skip this one wisely
