1 company is completely ripping me off.

Everybody here knows your work. They know you don't do shit work. And yes from time to time most of us is late with a payment. Hell I had some work done last week ... the designer finished up for me the order and I had my wife install the banner on a site. The next day I though to myself fuck I didn't pay for the banner. But the designer knew me and wasn't worried I guess because he didn't mention anything. However I made sure he was paid right then and there.
To many people take advantage of the little guys in this business. Everyone suggests you, tootie, fletch etc for work. But look at tootie man she works her butt off trying to get ahead becuase she is fucked everytime she turns around too.
Time to start outing these people.
Fuck them ... pay up or get outed.
If you lose them as a customer ... so what fuckem ... you have many other people waiting to take their place in your customer list.Comment

Paying the designers is like a second thought in this biz. It's like, they want the work and they want it yesterday, but when it comes time to pay for the services you gave them, it's like pulling fucking teeth. You have to keep hitting them up and it's always, "oh I sent that to payroll...it should be payed today" or "oh yeah I meant to send that yesterday" or "I didn't already pay you?" lol. There have been very few clients I have worked with in this biz so far that haven't been a complete ass when it comes to payment. You all know who you are and thank you.
Hope things workout Cary. I think in my heart that you are one of the goodguys in this biz and I hate to see one of the goodguys get fucked over...

Actually this is not about not getting paid, it's about someone who placed an order way back in june of last year, payed a deposit and neglected to supply content (if I remember correctly) or even inquire about the status of the order until late last month.
This same program was routinely extremely lax regarding any sort of timely communication and though they always paid in full eventually, they were extremely slow in getting it done.
A certain individual from this program has threatened to "do whatever it takes to recoup losses for services not rendered".
Personally I've about had my fill of the "Adult Business" since people can neither act like adults nor conduct business in a reasonable manner.

I know this sounds confusing for some..but the program has various individuals working for them who put in orders.
The one individual who put in this particular order and the one who threatened me are two different people.
He put in this one order in June...while someone else put in their more regular orders for the main sites in the program.
And jeez after 6 months + it got kind of confusing as to what was the status of this order because it would be brought up on occassion but nothing would ever seem to progress from there.For rent - ICQ 127-027-910
