Yes, but alot of people are under the impression that an extension gives them more time to pay.
If you don't pay by April 15th then you have to pay interest and penalties from that point forward until they're paid in full.

On another note....corporate taxes are due today?
Is that just for C-corps?

All of my LLC and S corp reports say they're due on March 31
