Again ... Anybody who is interested in the benefits of CS, should do their own independant research on the internet.
There are enough articles from both sides of the fence for you to make your own informed decision.
I do not want to have a piss match with MattO or anybody else here, all I am saying is do not take anybody's word for gospel - do your own research, and if you think it may be for you, then go for it! If you are still unconvinced, then nobody is holding a gun to your head forcing you to try it.
But for me personally, after fighting Cellulitis for 3 years, and having the doctors do hardly nothing except pump me full of IV antibiotice every few months, this was not fun, and I needed an alternative. I took CS, and I have not been to the hospital in 2.5 years.
I am not a doctor by any means, but I know what I know from first hand experience - not even "I heard it from a friend, who's cousin's mother's sister's best friend said ..."
