I agree -- this is completely petty bullshit and I sound completely unprofessional. But after six months of trying to be businesslike in the face Kayla's lack of professionalism I figured I'd have some fun in the "go fuck yourself" spirit.
In response to xxx_Jman's note that partnership doesn't necessarily imply "half" . . . it should count for more than $50 (funny how you can't seem to address that small point Kayla).

Again, I didn't ask you to take me off, I asked you why you didn't if your fragile ego couldn't tolerate my presence. If you were trying to be polite and honor my request (that I didn't even make) why didn't you say back on 10/9, "I'll do that Trixie" when the topic came up instead of suddenly doing it without notifying me ten days later?
